Just a note to remind all home owners that the dues for your HOA 2022 are $200. You received the News and Dues letter last spring. If you have not paid, please send to Marion Coster, Treasurer, 1025 Eldorado, Clearwater Beach FL 33767 made out to Carlouel Homeowners Association.
A new pergola has been erected at the beach access on Eldorado this summer. Look for a pergola party this fall!
